Gigya’s pre-built integration with IBM Marketing Cloud supercharges email campaigns, enabling 1-1 strategies that get the right message to the right person at the right time. Data captured through Gigya’s Registration-as-a-Service and Social Login solutions and synchronized continuously can be leveraged to create bigger, more accurate campaigns that attract larger audiences that are more likely to convert. Data types that can be synced include:

  • Social attributes such as Likes, Favorites and more
  • Data from premium Gigya services such as Loyalty (Game Mechanics) and Signals
  • Phone numbers to enable SMS campaigns for seamless cross-channel customer journeys
