Enable administrators and developers to leverage access, audit and analytics tools via a comprehensive yet intuitive admin console.
Your System Might Be Complex. Administering it Shouldn’t Be
Today’s multi-brand, multi-region enterprises must manage data across massive application networks and hundreds or even thousands of digital properties. How can large, complex organizations manage self-service registration, authentication and authorization for customers while controlling administrative access and data hygiene for their systems?
Manage Customer, Business User and Administrator Access with a Simple yet Flexible Administrative Console
Gigya has invested heavily in building a service-delivery oriented, end-to-end IP infrastructure for collecting, storing and managing customer data and integrating it across the modern, cloud-driven technology stack. Get ready for GDPR
Do you hear that ticking sound? We sure do. The EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) will be enforced on May 25, 2018, and penalties for non-compliance are harsh. Do you have a plan? If not, download our CIAM GDPR Readiness Toolkit to start planning now.
Best-practice, Customizable Screens and Flows
Gigya’s Registration-as-a-Service (RaaS) solution features out-of-the-box best-practice screen sets based on our extensive CIAM implementation experience. Easily customize screens and flows via an intuitive UI builder or extensible markup language, while deeper customization options are available to developers via direct API access.
User-friendly Console Administration
Gigya’s Admin Console gives platform users centralized access to site, integration and RaaS and plugin settings, as well as reports, insights and analytics about customers and comprehensive administrative management — all via a user-friendly, web-based UI.
Roles & Permissions
Gigya’s roles and permissions functions let businesses restrict access to areas of Gigya’s admin console, API calls and specific data fields based on user roles. Administrators can create users, grant them permissions and evaluate permissions based on incoming requests. Permissions may determine which API methods can be called, what parameters users can pass and what values each one has, and the types of logical operations allowed. Additionally, permissions can be scoped to particular partners or sites.
Gigya’s audit log tool allows site administrators to get a complete picture of the behaviors of console users and administrators, as well as customers. Businesses can drill down into all console actions and customer actions such as logins and logouts, password resets, and email verifications. Audit log access privileges can be granted at the site level, as well global or partner levels.
Gigya’s Data Store helps businesses optimize system performance by housing rarely accessed extended data which can be pulled back into Profile Management with a simple API call. Data Store is a flexible, fully indexed cloud database, designed with a dynamic schema to store structured and unstructured data objects. Data can be queried based on any combination of stored fields, without needing to create an index in advance.
Gigya’s cross-platform Analytics feature delivers interaction and traffic data, including details by platform and sharing type. 20 key reports can be filtered by site, time range and context identifier (Context ID), then integrated with leading analytics provides to drive deeper understanding of customers’ on-site behaviors.
Behavioral Data Analytics
Signals allows businesses to track behavioral data on their sites, delivering valuable information about customers that can be used to optimize core business flows for sites such as opt-ins, logins, purchases and more. The data — available in Gigya’s Customer Insights solution — is easily exported to external systems and accessible via Gigya’s JS and REST APIs. Signals comes pre-configured, out-of-the-box, to track certain behaviors, but can also be customized to track additional user actions.
