The BlueConic Customer Data Platform collects and unifies rich user profiles to determine and activate the optimal interaction with an individual, based on both implicit and explicit intent. Information that a user provides when he or she logs in via Gigya’s Social Login or Registration-as-a-Service (RaaS) is transferred from Gigya to BlueConic to enrich BlueConic’s profiles. In turn, this information can be used for dynamic segmentation, continuous optimization and real-time interactions. Gigya’s unique identifier is also captured in the BlueConic profile, which enables you to understand the users’ cross-device and cross-channel behaviors.
