Richard began his career in digital marketing in 1997 when he joined internet advertising pioneer NetGravity Inc. (later Doubleclick Inc.), where he ran AdServer and DART sales teams in Europe and the US. More recently Richard headed up sales to media and publishers in the UK for ExactTarget. The business was acquired by Salesforce.com for $2.5Bn in 2014.
