Gigya CEO on Why Trust is the Ultimate Currency

During some lively back and forth, Johanne and I dug into the implications of the GDPR, and together explored how marketers should actually embrace the regulation’s requirements as a guideline to help them build more meaningful, trust-based relationships with their customers, then use that earned trust to differentiate in their markets.

No matter your current relationship with this landmark privacy law, I think our brief conversation makes a great overview on how to approach GDPR preparations from a business perspective, and will at the least get you thinking about the future of marketing, sales, product development, and customer experience as a whole in a new age of consumer privacy.
