Sr. Solutions Engineer (Mountain View, CA)

The primary function of the Senior Solutions Engineer is to use technical expertise to help customers successfully implement socially-enabled applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with account managers and customers to facilitate the implementation of socially enabled applications
  • Troubleshoot issues reported by clients, involving clients’ websites and mobile applications
  • Custom programming work to support tools and processes within Client Services
  • Provide technical expertise and solutions in a variety of environments including server-side (PHP, Java, .NET), mobile (iOS, Android) and client-side (JavaScript)


  • Ability to communicate technical ideas to business stakeholders and technical users
  • 3 years experience developing involving JavaScript and/or REST
  • General understanding of software languages
  • Broad understanding of enterprise and web architectures
  • Basic understanding of mobile platforms
  • Critical and creative thinking
  • Passion for fast-paced problem solving
  • Experience with SaaS preferred
  • Web application and server-side development experience required
  • Mobile development (iOS and/or Android) experience is a plus
