When you take advantage of Performance Optimization, one of our Social Strategy Experts will closely work with you to track data benchmarks, conduct ongoing quarterly reviews, and deliver a full service guide that details which steps to take in order to achieve your business goals.

Benchmark Data Tracking – Work with one of our Social Strategy Experts to understand your business goals and track data benchmarks related to those goals before you launch. This allows for a clean analysis to determine the impact that Gigya has on your website or mobile application post launch.
Quarterly Analysis – Every quarter, an expert will conduct extensive performance reviews, providing you with an in-depth look at key social metrics over time, and an understanding of how those metrics relate to your implementation. From this analysis, you will be able to determine key user behaviors and identify which Gigya products are driving ROI.
Recommendations, Goals, and Next Steps – In addition to quarterly analysis, one of our Social Strategy Experts will walk you through each of your quarterly reports to provide recommendations, goals, and next steps for improving social infrastructure performance. Based on your specific objectives, we will help you prioritize according to the action items that will have the greatest impact on your bottom line.
