David A. Yovanno, CEO

As chief executive officer, David is responsible for Gigya's overall business strategy and day-to-day operations. Most recently, David served as chief operating officer of U.S. media for ValueClick, Inc., one of the industry's largest and most diversified online advertising networks. Over more than eight years of building ValueClick's media businesses, David held a number of positions; including, general manager, executive vice president of sales and marketing and vice president of sales. Prior to ValueClick, David served as a lieutenant and chief information officer in the United States Navy for a naval hospital in the Pacific Northwest. He also held project management roles in the corporate information technology division of St. Joseph Health System in Southern California. David has served on the board of directors for the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), and holds both bachelor's and master's degrees from The George Washington University, Washington, D.C.
Rooly Eliezerov, Co-founder and President

Rooly Eliezerov, Co-founder and President

As President of Gigya, Rooly oversees U.S. corporate operations and supervises overall product strategy and development along with the CEO. He is a veteran of the Internet advertising and marketing industry, with a focus on product development. Before joining Gigya Rooly served on the board of Metacafe, held the position of General Manager at SmartShopper, and was the VP of Products & Marketing at Hotbar. Rooly holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Pratt Institute in New York City.
Eyal Magen, Co-founder and Chief strategy officer

Eyal Magen, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer

Eyal has more than nine years of experience in Internet executive positions. Prior to Gigya he served as VP Products and General Manger of Hotbar.com, a leading contextual advertising company with more than 10MM active users and a revenue stream of $25MM/year. Before that Eyal served as Director of Business Development at, Kidum ltd, a leading global eLearning enterprise. Eyal holds a B.A. in psychology and sociology from Tel Aviv University.
Eran Kutner, Co-founder and CTO

Eran Kutner, Co-founder and CTO

Eran has a B.Sc. degree in computer science from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology and a MBA degree from the Recanati School of Business Administration in Tel-Aviv University. Eran has 15 years of experience in software development and management. He served for six years as an officer in the software division of the Israeli Air Force. Later, Eran joined Commtouch (CTCH), a leading provider of web based Email solutions. Before co-founding Gigya, he served as VP of R&D at Hotbar.com, where he built the entire technological infrastructure of the company from the ground up.
Raviv Pavel, Vice President, R&D

Raviv Pavel, Vice President, R&D

Raviv has 15 years of experience in software development and management. He held various R&D management and architecture positions in enterprises and start up companies. Before joining Gigya, he served as Director or Architecture at Hotbar.com, responsible for server technologies and managing several R&D teams. Raviv has a B.Sc. degree in computer science from the Open University of Israel.

Ben Pashman, Vice President, Sales & Business Development

Ben has 15 years of media marketing experience, including 10 years focused on Internet advertising sales and business development. Positions include Sales and Product Management roles at Doubleclick, Advertising Director at Condenet and Director of Advertising Sales at Travelzoo where Ben helped the company go from $15M to $70M in advertising revenue in three years and saw the company through a successful IPO on NASDAQ.
Liza Hausman, Vice President, Marketing

Liza Hausman, Vice President, Marketing

Liza has focused on improving advertising and marketing performance since her early days as a media planner. A veteran of the world of traditional brand advertising at FCB, retail marketing as a consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton, and online marketing with QuinStreet, one of the world's largest direct response advertisers, she has been focused on marketing accountability throughout her career. Liza earned her B.A. in Rhetoric from U.C. Berkeley and her MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
