Gigya's integration with Adobe Campaign enables first-party identity data collected through Gigya to be passed to Adobe Campaign to drive personalized, targeted content.
With this integration, Adobe Campaign clients can gain deep, actionable customer insights by accessing users’ identities and social graphs, including their interests and behaviors, on-site and social profile data as well as psychographic, demographic, influence and system metadata. Clients will get a single customer view by collecting and aggregating real-time user data across channels and devices in Gigya’s Profile Management database to build more comprehensive and accurate user profiles – all while maintaining compliance. Clients can then segment users based on any number of attributes by leveraging Gigya’s Signals and Customer Insights solutions to identify brand advocates and nurture customer relationships.
