Implementation Engineer (Mountain View, CA)

Gigya is growing quickly, and we are expanding our Client Services Engineering team. This team works closely with innovative customers to implement Gigya’s Social Platform. In this position, you will put your expertise to use to influence customer decisions, provide insightful solutions, and guide successful implementations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with customers to implement Gigya’s platform in a variety of environments including server-side (PHP, Java, .NET), mobile (iOS, Android) and client-side (JavaScript)
  • On-site visits to consult with customers and provide best practice guidelines for implementing Gigya
  • Develop custom solutions for clients that leverage Gigya’s API
  • Provide technical expertise and problem solving to troubleshoot customer issues


  • Ability to communicate technical ideas to business stakeholders and technical users
  • 3 years’ experience developing using JavaScript and/or REST
  • General understanding of software languages
  • Broad understanding of enterprise and web architectures
  • Basic understanding of mobile platforms
  • Critical and creative thinking
  • Passion for fast-paced problem solving
  • Experience with SaaS preferred
  • Web application and server-side development experience required
  • Up to 50% Travel
