Video: Strengthening the SiriusXM Brand Through a Unified Social Strategy

SiriusXMWe spoke with Sr. Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager of SiriusXM Gordon Meyer about the broadcasting company’s social media and user engagement strategy. At over 24 million subscribers across its 140 radio channels, SiriusXM juggles over 300 social profiles for each of its sub-brands and channels. To tackle this challenge, the company maintains consistency across its social media outlets while also enabling its individual teams to “embody the brand” by creating authentic relationships with their audiences through relevant content. Meyer also touches upon the company’s use of Social Analytics as a crucial measurement tool and discusses the impact of commenting activity on referral traffic.
