Over the past year, Gigya has been increasingly focused on growing our partner relationships, having expanded our partner ecosystem to more than 70 partners and 50 direct data integrations. As the next step in this expansion, I am excited to announce the launch of Gigya’s IDX Marketplace, the first-ever app exchange for customer identity management.
The recently launched Gigya Partner Program is composed of four distinct partner types: technology partners, global systems integrators, global marketing agencies, and solution providers. The IDX Marketplace is now a major part of the larger Gigya Partner Program.
IDX gives partners the tools necessary to build, certify, and market their integrations with Gigya, and offer enhanced capabilities in areas as diverse as eCommerce, CRM, data exchange services, email service provision, recommendation engines, and data-driven advertising. IDX includes dozens of new technology integrations with leading platforms such as Adobe Campaign, hybris Software, Krux, Optimizely and Oracle Marketing Cloud.
The launch of IDX is a major step towards Gigya’s mission to become the data management system of record for B2C businesses, and allows our customers to truly put identity at the center of their marketing strategies. Gigya is now firmly positioned as the underlying platform powering more accurate, relevant, and intelligent marketing and services for the world’s biggest brands.
