Last week at this time we were kicking off Gigya’s inaugural hosted event, Gigya Engage 2014. On May 22, over 90 industry leaders from brands like ASOS, Lufthansa, Northern & Shell and Barilla gathered at the Montcalm Marble Arch in London to share and learn about the future of customer engagement.
Interactive sessions covered user experience best practices, gamification strategies and social ROI measurement techniques. Attendees also heard success stories from Gigya clients like KLM, received live instructive critiques of their sites and apps, and had their questions answered by our experts during a round table forum.
We’d like to thank all of our presenters and attendees for making Gigya Engage such a huge success. We hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as we did – we’re already looking forward to Gigya Engage 2015!
