Today, Torchlight, a leading Japanese social marketing firm, announced that it will be offering GIgya’s full suite of social technology to its clients. Torchlight, which is a member of the Digital Advertising Consortium, will offer Gigya’s Social Login, our Social Plugins and Gamification in addition to our Social Analytics and new Social Identity Management Platform to drive on-site social engagement as well as the storage of rich social profile data. By offering the full suite of Gigya’s technology to its clients, Torchlight clients can draw in audiences from Asia’s active social network users – including the 15 million people who use Japan’s leading social network, Mixi – and allow them to login and engage with content using their social identities.

Microsoft Goes Live with Social Login and More

Microsoft’s Office Blogs network is a remarkably straightforward and useful resource for Office users. Office Blogs covers each product in the MS Office suite and offers quick tips and tricks to help customers make the most of MS Office products. This month, Microsoft took a big step towards making Office Blogs truly social by going live with Gigya’s Social Login as well as our Comments Plugin and Share Plugin.

As with all Gigya implementations, the plugins work seamlessly with each other so that users can easily login and use their preferred social identities while interacting with content, and with each other, on the Office Blogs. Announcing Gigya’s Identity Management Platform

Today we’re announcing the release of Gigya’s Identity Management Platform, a new technology for managing user data that provides businesses with complete, permission-based access to user social, profile, and behavior data on their websites. Until now, businesses trying to access reliable sets of customer data have been hindered by several obstacles such as outdated registration information or purchasing expensive customer data that can be lacking in interest graph information.
